Sustainable Development

Committed to sustainable textile manufacturing with eco-friendly processes, resource efficiency, and responsible production practices.

Sustainable Development

We fully recognize that sustainable development is the cornerstone of an enterprise’s survival. Our company attaches great importance to corporate image, environmental protection and social responsibility, and continuously strives to implement them in every link of production and operation.

Transparent Promotion and Customer Rights

  1. Adhere to the principle of integrity in product promotion, truthfully mark fabric composition, performance and environmental indicators, and never exaggerate product efficacy.
  2. Establish a sound after-sales service system, respond to customer demands in a timely manner, and protect customers’ right to know and right to choose.

Environmental Protection Responsibility

Fabric production, especially the printing and dyeing process, is a high-pollution and high-water-consumption industry. Actively fulfilling environmental protection responsibilities is the core proposition for an enterprise’s sustainable development.

1. Pollution Prevention and Compliant Discharge

  • Invest in advanced sewage treatment and waste gas purification equipment, and establish a full-process pollution monitoring system.
  • Strictly implement national and international environmental protection standards to ensure that wastewater, waste gas and solid waste are discharged only after reaching the standard, and continuously reduce the impact of production on the surrounding ecological environment.

2. Resource Conservation and Circular Utilization

  • Promote water resource recycling technology to improve the reuse rate of reclaimed water.
  • Optimize the energy structure and promote the use of clean energy.
  • Recycle and process leftover materials and waste to realize cascade utilization of resources and reduce resource consumption and waste.

3. Green Production

  • Promote the green upgrading of production processes, adopt environmentally friendly dyes, auxiliaries and other raw materials, and reduce the use of toxic and harmful substances.
  • Establish a green production evaluation system, implement the concept of environmental protection throughout the entire chain from design and production to packaging, and build an environment-friendly production model.
  • Our sewage central control system has obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, with a sewage treatment capacity of 1,000 tons per day (and plans to increase it to 3,000 tons per day). The wastewater recycling rate exceeds 65%, and we are committed to achieving green upgrading in the entire chain.

4. R&D of Environmental-Friendly Fabrics

  • Increase investment in scientific research to tackle key technologies for environmentally friendly products such as degradable fabrics and recycled fiber fabrics, break through the limitations of traditional fabrics in environmental performance, and provide green raw material options for downstream industries.

5. Exploration of Fabric Recycling and Reuse Technology

  • Practice the circular economy model, explore fabric recycling and reuse technology, and establish a closed-loop system of “production – consumption – recycling – regeneration”.
  • Promote the transformation of the industry from a linear economy to a circular economy through model innovation, and set an example for the sustainable development of the textile industry.

Protection of Employees’ Rights and Interests

As a labor-intensive industry, fabric production relies on employees as the core resource for enterprise development. Protecting employees’ rights and interests is the foundation of fulfilling social responsibility. Our company strictly protects the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and is committed to providing fair salary and welfare, a safe and healthy working environment, and a diversified platform for career development.

1. Fair Employment and Salary Welfare

  • Adhere to the principle of equal employment, eliminate employment discrimination, and provide fair competition opportunities for all types of job seekers.
  • Establish a scientific and reasonable salary system to ensure that employees’ income matches their work contributions, fully pay social insurance, and improve security systems such as paid leave and holiday benefits, so that employees can share the fruits of the enterprise’s development.

2. Occupational Health and Safety Protection

  • Put employees’ health and safety first, and establish sound safety operating procedures for potential risks in all links of fabric production.
  • Conduct regular occupational health examinations and safety training, provide necessary protective equipment and labor protection articles, build a safe and healthy working environment, and reduce the risk of occupational injuries.

3. Employee Development and Rights Protection

  • Build a diversified platform for employee growth, and help employees improve their professional capabilities through skill training, job promotion, career planning guidance and other methods.
  • Improve the trade union organization and democratic management mechanism, smooth the channel for employees to express their demands, safeguard employees’ labor rights and interests in accordance with the law, and build a harmonious and stable labor relationship.

Responsible Supply Chain Management

The upstream of fabric production involves raw materials such as cotton and chemical fibers, and the downstream is connected to clothing brands. The ethical management of the supply chain directly affects the ecological balance of the industry. Our company is committed to adhering to the principle of fair trade, giving priority to selecting suppliers that meet environmental protection and social responsibility standards, and jointly building a sustainable industrial ecology.

1. Ethics in Upstream Raw Material Procurement

  • Adhere to the principle of fair trade in raw material procurement, and give priority to selecting suppliers that meet environmental protection and social responsibility standards.
  • Refuse to purchase raw materials from illegal sources or involving labor rights violations, and promote the popularization of sustainable planting models for agricultural products such as cotton.

2. Supplier Social Responsibility Management

  • Establish a supplier access and evaluation mechanism, and incorporate the performance of social responsibility into the cooperation assessment system.
  • Conduct regular supplier training, promote upstream and downstream enterprises to jointly abide by labor protection, environmental protection and other norms, and build a supply chain ecology with shared responsibilities.

Strict Control of Product Safety

As the core raw material for end products such as clothing and home textiles, the quality and safety of fabrics are directly related to consumers’ health and are the bottom line of an enterprise’s integrity management.

  • Establish a full-process quality inspection system from raw material storage to finished product delivery, and conduct strict screening of indicators such as formaldehyde, heavy metals and carcinogenic dyes.
  • Ensure that products meet national and international safety standards, and provide safe and reliable fabric products for consumers.

Active Participation in Community Construction and Public Welfare

As an integral part of society, it is the bounden social obligation of an enterprise to give back to the local community and share public responsibilities.

1. Contribution to Local Economy and Employment

  • Take root in local development and drive regional economic growth through expanding production, industrial upgrading and other methods.
  • Give priority to absorbing local labor for employment, and carry out skill training to help residents improve their employability, contributing to the stable development of the community economy.

2. Public Welfare and Emergency Support

  • Actively participate in community public welfare undertakings, and carry out assistance activities in the fields of education, medical care and elderly care.
  • Establish an emergency response mechanism, and provide material and human support in emergencies such as natural disasters and public health incidents to tide over difficulties with the community.
