Introduction
Polyester Dobby, commonly known as polyester dobby fabric (also referred to as polyester small jacquard fabric in the industry), is a woven fabric made from 100% polyester fiber and manufactured on a dobby loom. "Dobby" is the core weaving process: the loom independently controls each warp yarn to create small geometric patterns that are directly integrated into the fabric structure, forming a permanent, fade-resistant textured surface.
Compared with plain or twill weaves, dobby fabric has a richer surface texture and subtle decorative patterns, presenting a soft sheen and refined, premium appearance while maintaining the lightweight, durable, and easy-care characteristics of polyester.
