Closed Loop from Raw Material to Shipment

We have set up controls throughout the entire process, from raw material intake to finished product dispatch, with checks at every stage:

Raw Material Incoming Inspection

Strictly select yarn suppliers and test each batch of raw materials for composition, strength, evenness, and other indicators to control quality from the source.

In-line Production Inspection

Dedicated QC personnel are stationed at weaving, dyeing, and finishing stages to track key indicators like width, weight, color shade variation, skewing, and fabric surface defects throughout the process.

Finished Product Pre-shipment Inspection

Strictly carry out final product inspection according to AATCC and ISO international standards, covering core indicators like color fastness, shrinkage rate, pilling rating, and tear strength. An internal quality inspection report is issued for each batch; non-conforming products are never released.

Standardized Packaging Protection

We use professional inner-plastic and outer-woven packaging, with clear labels on each roll indicating product name, color number, meterage, batch number, etc., to avoid mis-shipment and batch mixing. Marks and packaging methods can be customized to client requirements.

Third-Party Quality Inspection Support

We fully understand the need for quality trust in cross-border trade and fully support clients entrusting third-party organizations to conduct cargo inspections, providing credible endorsements for order quality with neutral and transparent testing results.

Full Coverage of Authoritative Institutions

Support internationally recognized testing bodies like SGS, ITS, BV, and TÜV Rheinland, and can also submit to other compliant testing organizations specified by clients.

Full-Dimensional Testing Adaptation

Testing can be arranged for quantitative fiber composition, color fastness (washing/rubbing/light), shrinkage rate, tear strength, pilling, formaldehyde content, banned azo dyes, pH value, and more, covering multiple international and regional market standards such as AATCC, ISO, and SASO.

Flexible Inspection Modes

Support pre-production sample confirmation testing, in-process bulk inspection, and final lot inspection before shipment. We fully cooperate with sampling, sealing, and on-site witnessing to ensure sample representativeness and process standardization.

Compliance Support Services

Test reports can be directly used for destination port customs clearance, brand owner qualification, and retail channel listing. Internal pre-inspection services can be provided before formal testing to identify risk items in advance, improving the pass rate and reducing clients’ time and cost.
